Welcome to Nuclear Rose. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing this site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the site or use any services.

SECTION 1 – GENERAL USE
Nuclear Rose is owned and operated by BELORO LLC. All content on this site—including product images, branding, text, and multimedia—is the intellectual property of BELORO LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or exploited without written consent.

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or have legal guardian consent, to use this site.

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCT INFORMATION & CUSTOMIZATION
We strive to display product information and images as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting and screen variations, color and detail may differ slightly.

Custom embroidery or tactical modifications must be approved by you, the customer, prior to production. Once you approve your digital mock-up, you assume full responsibility for any errors, including but not limited to spelling, sizing, or design placement. We do not issue refunds or replacements on approved custom items.

We reserve the right to refuse any customization request that includes hate speech, copyrighted material, or any content that violates our brand values.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS, PAYMENTS & SHIPPING
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.

Processing times vary based on customization and order volume. Shipping times depend on the delivery option selected at checkout. All orders are shipped with tracking. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for submitting correct billing and shipping information. Nuclear Rose is not liable for delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

SECTION 4 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the exclusive nature of our designs, we only accept returns or exchanges on eligible, non-customized items in unworn condition, with tags attached. You must contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return.

Custom, modified, or personalized items are final sale. However, if an item arrives damaged or there is a production error, you must contact us within 3 business days and provide clear photos (or video) of the unopened packaging and affected item(s).

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including shipping fees on exchanges. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

SECTION 5 – CONTENT SUBMISSIONS & FEEDBACK
Any photos, reviews, testimonials, or other creative submissions sent to us may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

By submitting content, you grant us non-exclusive, royalty-free rights to edit, publish, and share it at our discretion. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submissions at any time.

SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS
This site may include links or integrations to third-party tools or websites. Except for BELORO LLC, we do not control or endorse any external content and are not responsible for their terms, services, or policies.

SECTION 7 – PRIVACY
Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. Secure payment gateways and encrypted checkout processes are used to protect your information.

SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of this site or our products.

SECTION 9 – MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site or services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
