Refunds & Returns Policy

At Nuclear Rose, we don’t do fast fashion, and we don’t do one-size-fits-all policies. Each piece we create is made with intention, and that same care applies to how we handle returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on non-customized, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 calendar days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • All tags, seals, and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

2. Custom Items & Final Sales

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom, personalized, or modified garments (including embroidery, alterations, tactical mods, ect)
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Gift cards or digital products

Once a mockup is approved, responsibility for spelling, sizing, and design rests with the customer. We recommend triple-checking all customization details before final approval.

3. Let’s Talk First (Seriously)

Before sending anything back, contact us.
Communication is key and not every situation requires a return—sometimes a quick message or video chat can solve the issue.

Whether it’s a fit issue, a customization concern, or something else, give us a chance to review the situation. We assess each case individually and may be able to:

  • Offer tips on fit or styling
  • Suggest adjustments or corrections
  • Provide tailored options depending on your unique concern

This helps us improve and gives you the opportunity to have the best outcome possible.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or flawed:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery
  • Include clear photos or video of the item and packaging
  • Provide your order number and description of the issue

We will assess and determine the appropriate next step, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

5. Return Instructions

To initiate a return (after contacting us):

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  3. Use a trackable shipping method—we are not responsible for returns lost in transit

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of the approval or denial
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. We are not responsible for any delays by your financial institution.

Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, contact us first. We will provide instruction on how to initiate a return if eligible and place a new order once your return is processed.

8. Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected and returned to sender.

We want to hear from you, not just because it helps us improve—but because we actually care.
