Everything Duh! We don’t do boring basics. Every piece is designed with boldness, functionality, and individuality in mind. Many of our items feature hidden tactical elements, deep functional pockets, personalization options (thanks to our Parent Company Beloro LLC) and exclusive designs you won’t find anywhere else.

Delivery times depend on multiple factors, including your shipping method, location, requested mods, etc. Generally, garments that are modified or personalized will take a bit more time. Either way we would keep you updated. 

Yes! Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. This may take up to 24 hours. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

A mockup is a digital preview of your custom embroidery or heat press design before production. Once you approve the mockup, the final product is 100% your responsibility—so triple-check spelling, colors, and placement before giving the green light!

We don’t do copyrighted logos, brands, or anything that goes against our core values. We reserve the right to refuse service if your design doesn’t meet our guidelines. If there’s a problem with your submission, we’ll let you know why and suggest adjustments.

Every garment has a detailed sizing chart. Please check your measurements against our chart to determine the best fit for you.

🚨 NOTE: The type of undergarments (bras, corsets, shapewear, etc.) may affect sizing. If you’re unsure or need help, reach out to us and will help you.

Due to the exclusive nature of our designs, we only accept exchanges or store credit on eligible items. But either way contact us and we'll see how we can help.

• Personalized Items – Once a customer approves the mockup, the final product is their full responsibility.If the customer provides incorrect spelling, colors, or design details, we will not issue a refund or replacement—so triple-check your details before approval.
  
• Damaged or Incorrect Items – If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must provide proof (clear photos of the unopened parcel and item).
• Do Not Send Items Back Without Contacting Us – If a return or refund is required, we will provide specific directions at that time. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Final Sale Items – Custom, modified, or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of damage or error on our part.

While some of our "raw garments" are imported. All our designs and mods are created in-house in Las Vegas NV. We do hope to eventually do it all here in the US, but we all have to start somewhere right? Many pieces are produced in limited runs, and some by local artisans ensuring exclusivity and attention to detail.
